- Location: To use Services regulated by the Gambling Commission, you must be physically located in Great Britain (England, Scotland, or Wales) at the time you place Bets. The use of VPNs, proxy services, or any similar technology to disguise or falsify your location is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
- Restricted territories: You must not open an Account or use the Services if you are resident in, located in, or accessing from a Restricted Territory, including the United States, France, Spain, Italy, Australia, Belgium, or any other territory listed as restricted on the Website.
Registration Process and KYC
- Account creation: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form on b4r.bet, providing accurate and complete personal details (such as full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number) and creating login credentials.
- Email and contact verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address and/or phone number via confirmation links or codes before enabling full use of the Services or processing any withdrawal.
- Identity and age verification (KYC): In accordance with UK anti-money laundering and gambling regulations, the Operator must verify your identity, age, and address. You may be required to provide documentation such as a copy of your passport or national ID card, proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement), and, where necessary, proof of source of funds or source of wealth.
- Timing of verification: The Operator will seek to complete verification promptly, but may restrict or suspend deposits, betting, or withdrawals until verification is complete. No gambling will be permitted if the Operator has not been able to verify that you are at least 18 years old.
- Ongoing checks: You agree that the Operator may carry out additional verification, creditworthiness, affordability, and anti-money laundering checks at any time during your relationship, and may request updated documents or information to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
User Obligations
- Accuracy of information: You warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete and that you will promptly update it if it changes. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or closure of your Account and retention of funds where required by law or regulation.
- Single account: You are permitted to hold only one Account for personal use with Br 4 Bet on b4r.bet. Multiple accounts, including those opened using false details, family members' details, or third-party identities, are prohibited.
- Account security: You must keep your login details and password strictly confidential and not share them with any third party. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, unless you have previously notified the Operator of suspected unauthorised access and the Operator has had reasonable opportunity to act on that notice.
- Use for lawful purposes only: Your Account must not be used for any unlawful, fraudulent, or improper purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or circumventing territorial restrictions.
- Self-control and responsible gambling: You are responsible for your gambling decisions and for monitoring your use of the Services. The Operator provides tools such as deposit limits, time-outs, reality checks, and self-exclusion (including participation in GAMSTOP) to help you manage your play, and you are encouraged to use these where appropriate.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets and Participation in Games
- Offer and acceptance: A Bet is deemed offered by you when it is submitted via the Website and confirmed by the Operator's systems. A Bet is accepted only when it appears in your betting history with an associated transaction ID, or when your real-money or bonus balance is debited and a confirmation message is displayed.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game, market, or table may have minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are displayed in the relevant Game Rules or on the bet slip. Attempts to place a Bet outside applicable limits may be rejected or adjusted by the system.
- Cut-off times: Pre-event Bets must be placed before the relevant event or market is closed for betting. Live or in-play Bets must be placed and accepted before the suspension of the relevant market. Bets placed or accepted in error after the outcome is known or substantially determined may be voided.
- Game outcomes: Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or by real-life events (for live casino) and are subject to the published Game Rules. Sports Bets are settled based on official results and statistics from recognised governing bodies or, where indicated, the Operator's settlement rules.
Modification, Cancellation, and Errors
- Player-initiated changes: Once a Bet has been placed and accepted, you cannot usually cancel or amend it. Some products may allow cash-out or partial cash-out, in which case the terms displayed at the time of cash-out will apply.
- Operator's right to void: The Operator may void or adjust Bets in circumstances including, but not limited to, obvious errors in odds or markets, technical malfunctions, event cancellations, rule changes, or where a Bet was accepted after the outcome was known or substantially determined.
- Obvious pricing errors: Where a Bet has been accepted at an obviously incorrect price or market (for example, where the odds are clearly inconsistent with the market or due to a manifest technical error), the Operator may settle the Bet at the correct price that was available or void the Bet. Any funds mistakenly credited to your Account must be returned on demand, and the Operator may reverse such credits.
- Technical failures: If a game, bet slip, or transaction is interrupted due to technical failure of the Website, internet, or your device, the Operator will use its records to determine whether the Bet was placed and accepted and, where possible, restore the game state. Bets confirmed by the Operator's servers will stand, subject to these Terms.
Conduct in Live Casino, Chats, and Community Features
- Respectful behaviour: You must not use offensive, abusive, defamatory, racist, sexist, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate language or content in any live casino environment, chat rooms, or communication channels provided on the Website.
- No fraud or collusion: You must not engage in collusion with other players, use automated software ("bots"), attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit vulnerabilities, or engage in any other unfair advantage play. The Operator may withhold or cancel winnings, void Bets, and close Accounts where it reasonably suspects such conduct.
- VPNs and location masking: Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or any other technology designed to disguise or falsify your location is prohibited. If the Operator reasonably believes that you have used such tools to circumvent geographic or regulatory restrictions, it may suspend or close your Account and void associated Bets in accordance with applicable law.
- Responsible gambling tools: The Operator provides tools such as deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, time-outs, and self-exclusion (including via GAMSTOP). You are encouraged to configure these tools to your own circumstances and seek help from recognised support organisations where necessary.
Bonus Terms
General Principles
- Discretionary nature: Bonuses and promotions offered on b4r.bet in connection with Br 4 Bet are discretionary and may be granted, withheld, or withdrawn at the Operator's reasonable discretion, subject to applicable consumer protection rules and any specific promotional terms.
- Separate terms: Each Bonus or promotion may be subject to its own specific terms and conditions ("Promotional Terms"), which will be published on the Website. In the event of any conflict between these general Bonus Terms and the relevant Promotional Terms, the Promotional Terms will prevail for that particular offer.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and may be restricted based on jurisdiction, payment method, historical behaviour, or responsible gambling considerations. The Operator may exclude individuals or groups where necessary to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Activation, Wagering, and Timeframes
- Activation: A Bonus may be activated automatically on registration or deposit, or may require you to opt in, enter a bonus code, or select a particular offer. The activation requirements will be clearly described in the Promotional Terms.
- Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, Bonus funds and any associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be expressed as a multiple (e.g., 35x) of the Bonus amount, the deposit plus Bonus amount, or another clearly stated base.
- Game contribution: Different games may contribute differently to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. For example, slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, or certain low-risk bets may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. Game contribution tables will be provided in the Promotional Terms.
- Time limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must usually be completed within a specified period (for example, 7, 14, or 30 days) from the date of activation, as set out in the Promotional Terms. Unused Bonuses and outstanding wagering requirements may expire once the relevant period ends.
Prohibited Actions and Bonus Abuse
- Irregular play: You must not engage in betting patterns or strategies that are designed to exploit Bonuses unfairly, such as placing minimal-risk bets, hedging across multiple outcomes, or progressing stakes in a way that is inconsistent with normal recreational play.
- Multiple accounts and identity misuse: Using multiple accounts, third-party identities, or shared payment methods to claim the same Bonus more than once is strictly prohibited. Where such behaviour is identified, the Operator may void Bonuses, cancel winnings, and close related Accounts.
- Maximum bet during wagering: The Promotional Terms may specify a maximum permitted bet when wagering a Bonus (for example, a maximum stake per spin or game round). Placing Bets in excess of such limits may lead to forfeiture of the Bonus and related winnings.
- Combining promotions: Unless expressly permitted, Bonuses may not be combined or "stacked" such that wagering on one Bonus also counts towards another. Where multiple promotions are active, the order in which wagering requirements are met and winnings are attributed will be determined by the Operator in accordance with the Promotional Terms.
Bonus Cancellation and Refunding
- Player-initiated cancellation: You may request that a Bonus be cancelled, in which case any remaining Bonus Balance and associated winnings may be forfeited, while your Real Money Balance will remain (subject to these Terms and any regulatory requirements).
- Operator cancellation: The Operator may cancel or withdraw a Bonus where it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, the Promotional Terms, or any applicable laws or regulations, or where regulatory changes require such cancellation. Where possible, the Operator will act fairly and transparently and will not retrospectively reduce rights that you have already earned, except where required by law or to address fraud or error.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment methods: The Operator may make available various deposit methods, including debit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, and, where permitted by law and approved by relevant regulators, certain crypto-asset solutions offered via regulated payment providers. The availability of any method may depend on your jurisdiction and verification status.
- Ownership of payment instruments: You must use only payment methods that are held in your own name. The Operator may request evidence of ownership of any payment instrument used and may void Bets and freeze funds where third-party payment methods are used without proper verification.
- Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per transaction or over specific periods. You may also set your own voluntary limits (such as daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits) using the responsible gambling tools on the Website.
- Fees and currency: The Operator will not generally charge deposit fees, but reserves the right to do so in certain cases, in which event any fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete the transaction. Currency options will be shown on the deposit page; currency conversion costs or charges applied by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
Withdrawals
- Verification and security: Withdrawals will not be processed until all required identity, age, and anti-money laundering checks have been completed to the Operator's satisfaction. This may include verification of your payment methods and source of funds.
- Withdrawal methods: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method and to the same account used for deposits. If this is not possible, the Operator may require you to select an alternative method in your name that complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Processing times: The Operator will aim to review and approve withdrawal requests promptly. Internal processing times will be indicated on the Website (for example, within a few business days), but the time for funds to reach you may also depend on your bank or payment provider and is outside the Operator's direct control.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply. Multiple small withdrawals may be aggregated or subject to additional review to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
- Bonuses and wagering: If your balance includes Bonus funds, you may be required to fulfil wagering requirements before any Bonus-related funds are withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw funds before completing wagering requirements may result in cancellation of the Bonus and associated winnings, in accordance with the relevant Promotional Terms.
Refunds, Chargebacks, and Account Balances
- Refunding Bets and bonuses: Bets that are voided or cancelled by the Operator will be refunded to your Real Money Balance. Bonus funds used on voided games may, where permitted by the Promotional Terms, be reinstated. The Operator is under no obligation to refund Bets that you have placed and that are settled correctly according to the Game Rules.
- Chargebacks: If a chargeback or reversal of a deposit is initiated by you or your payment provider, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, recover any winnings derived from such funds, and charge you for any reasonable costs incurred.
- Player funds protection: Player funds are maintained separately from the Operator's operational funds in accordance with Gambling Commission requirements. Further details of the level of protection afforded to player funds are available on the Website and, where required, in communications from the Operator.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, ensure that games use certified Random Number Generators or otherwise reliable mechanisms, and seek to ensure that betting markets and game outcomes are settled in accordance with the applicable Game Rules and official results.
- Accuracy of information: The Operator aims to ensure that information displayed on the Website, including odds, event schedules, game rules, and account information, is accurate and up to date. In the event of any discrepancy between your records and the Operator's records, the Operator's records will generally prevail, provided they are consistent and reliable.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Technical failures and interruptions: The Services are provided via digital networks and systems that may occasionally experience interruptions, delays, or errors. The Operator is not liable for any loss arising from failures or delays caused by your equipment, internet connection, or third-party communication networks, or by events beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
- Indirect and consequential losses: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage, including loss of profits, business, data, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
- Maximum liability: Subject to the paragraph below, the Operator's maximum aggregate liability to you arising out of any single event or series of related events in connection with a Bet or game shall not exceed the higher of (a) the amount of the stake of the Bet in question, or (b) the amount actually standing to the credit of your Real Money Balance at the time the relevant issue arose, excluding any Bonus funds.
- Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable UK law, including your rights under consumer protection legislation.
- Gambling risk: You acknowledge that you use the Services at your own risk and that you may lose money as a result of placing Bets or playing games. You should only gamble with money you can afford to lose and should not rely on gambling as a source of income.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, the Services, the "Br 4 Bet" brand, the Br 4 Bet project materials, software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, and audiovisual content are owned by the Operator, its group companies, or its licensors, including platform provider Aspire Global International LTD.
- Limited licence: Subject to these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
- Prohibited uses: You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, publicly perform, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or its content without the prior written consent of the Operator or the relevant rights holder, except as permitted by law.
- Third-party content: Certain games, software, and content are provided by third-party suppliers. Your use of such content is subject to these Terms and any additional terms imposed by those suppliers, as made available on the Website.
- Infringement: If you become aware of any unauthorised use of the Website or content, or any infringement of intellectual property rights in connection with b4r.bet or Br 4 Bet, you should notify the Operator promptly using the contact channels described in these Terms.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Privacy Policy: The Operator processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, the lawful bases for processing, how long it is retained, and your rights under data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Purpose of processing: Your personal data may be used for purposes including account administration, identity and age verification, responsible gambling monitoring, prevention of fraud and money laundering, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, provision and improvement of the Services, customer support, and, where permitted, marketing (subject to your consent or lawful preferences).
- Data sharing: The Operator may share your data with third parties such as regulators (including the Gambling Commission), payment providers, the ADR Provider (IBAS), the GAMSTOP self-exclusion scheme, and platform provider Aspire Global International LTD, where necessary and lawful.
- Your responsibilities: By using the Website, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy on b4r.bet and agree to the processing of your personal data as described in that document.
Changes to Terms
- Right to amend: The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, technical developments, or business needs, or to improve clarity and user protection.
- Notification of changes: Material changes will be communicated to you by appropriate means, which may include notices on the Website, pop-up messages at login, banners, or email notifications sent to the email address associated with your Account.
- Effective date of changes: Unless otherwise specified, changes will take effect from the date indicated in the updated Terms published on the Website. Continued use of the Services after that date will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
- If you do not agree: If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the Services immediately and close your Account. In such circumstances, and subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions, you may withdraw any eligible Real Money Balance.
Termination & Suspension
Player-Initiated Closure
- Voluntary closure: You may close your Account at any time by following the instructions on the Website or by contacting customer support. Before closure, you may request withdrawal of any eligible Real Money Balance, subject to verification and these Terms.
- Self-exclusion: If you wish to self-exclude from gambling, you may do so via the tools provided on the Website or by registering with GAMSTOP. Self-exclusion will prevent you from using your Account and may apply across other online gambling operators participating in GAMSTOP. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide to GAMSTOP is accurate and kept up to date.
Operator-Initiated Suspension or Closure
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, withhold or void Bets, and freeze or confiscate funds where it reasonably believes that:
- you have breached these Terms or any applicable Game Rules or Promotional Terms;
- you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, collusion, cheating, or other criminal or improper conduct;
- you have used or attempted to use VPNs, proxies, or other means to circumvent territorial restrictions or self-exclusion measures;
- your Account is linked to chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorised use of payment methods;
- regulatory or legal requirements necessitate such action, or an applicable authority instructs the Operator to do so.
- Notification: Where legally permitted, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to inform you of the suspension or closure of your Account and the reasons for it, using the contact details registered on your Account.
- Funds on closure: Upon lawful closure of your Account for reasons other than fraud or breach of regulatory requirements, any eligible Real Money Balance will be returned to you, subject to applicable checks and any outstanding obligations. If your Account is closed due to fraud, money laundering, or other serious breach, some or all funds may be retained or forfeited as required or permitted by law.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Applicable law: For players using the Services regulated by the Gambling Commission (generally those physically located in Great Britain), these Terms and any disputes arising from them or from the use of the Services are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence.

The Operator will acknowledge and investigate your complaint and aim to resolve it promptly and fairly. The internal complaints procedure will be described in more detail on b4r.bet.

Details of how to contact IBAS and the conditions for referring a dispute are set out on the Website and on the IBAS website.
